On arrival in Kathmandu airport our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. A short briefing will be provided about the next day program. You will have rest of the day at leisure.
After breakfast, we start our day exploring to some of the popular sights of Kathmandu before heading into the Himalayas. Our expert guide will take you to the renowned Buddhist site of Boudhanath to know about Buddhism and then to the holiest and biggest Hindu temple of Nepal “Pashupatinath” to comprehend the Hinduism. After lunch- we will have a pre-information briefing and packing for the next day.
Early in the morning we head to the airport for a short 45 minutes flight to Lukla with incredible mountain views on your North. After meeting the crew in Lukla, you head up the Dudh Koshi River Valley, fairly a gentle walk today through woods.

Today we continue north following the Dudh Koshi river to the prosperious Sherpa village of Khumbu. We enter Sagarmatha national park via Jorsale and cross the suspension bridge and follow steep climb to Namche Bazaar. You could walk around the local shops and cafes or even enjoy local nightlife and pool house. But be careful not to over exhaust as it’s our first day over 3000 meter so your body needs to be rest and get acclimatized.

Today we explore around the surrounding, get you camera ready as there are plenty of opportunity to grab the amazing pictures. We hike to the near by Everest view point above Namche for the view of Amadablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, Everest and many others. We will also visit to Kunde and Khumjung village and the hospital in Kunde established by Sir Edmund Hillary.
We retrace our way back to Lukla, have a warm cup of coffee or take a chilled beers and enjoy the last night in the fresh mountain air before catching flight early morning the very next day.

Early wake up call to catch the flight to Kathmandu and say good-bye to the amazing Himalaya. After arrival we transfer you to your hotel, take a long hotel shower, review your amazing pictures and relax.
After exploring the Himalayas and it`s beauty its time to explore some of the old cities of Kathmandu valley. Our guide will receive you after breakfast and escort you to two UNESCO heritage side of Kathmandu valley. The Patan City is located across the Bagmati river to the south of Kathmandu city. The city is known for its fine arts and was a major Buddhist city for many years. The city of Bhaktapur is know as city of devotees and true home of madieval art and architecture.
We head to the old Royal palace of Kathmandu after breakfast where the only living Goddess in the world lives and spreads her blessing to the visitors. After ward our guide will follow you the century's old local markets full of spices, vegetables, herbs, clothings and many more and let you have the free time after ward for shopping.
Relax or do more shopping until its time for us to drive you to airport in good time to catch your flight onward to your next destination.

You will receive final confirmed by email once we have received 10% deposit as non-refundable fee.
The remaining balance amount could be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. But if you are joining the Bhutan tour 100% payment should be reach on our bank at least one month prior to departure date.
If you cancelled the trip after your arrival due to sickness or any other emergency, full amount will be charged.
No extra charge will be charge if you notify us to change the date 30 days prior the departure date. After that 10% extra charge will be charged for changing the date.
No refund will be made after departure if you decided to abandon the trip voluntarily or involuntarily or by any other reason or any kind of circumstances.
There are certain amounts of risk involved on the trip, which you are willing to take. It is mandatory to have your travel insurance, which cover minimum of medical and rescue evacuation to join any of our trips.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellation of trip caused by flight, strikes, government regulation, weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Hawks eye reserve the right to cancel any trip before departure. In due cases your deposited amount will be refunded with out any charges.
All nationalities except Indians require a visa for Nepal, which could be, obtain from Embassies abroad or on arrival at Tribhuwan international airport in Kathmandu. To avoid the long queue you could apply on line visa form.
You need to have one passport photo and following fees in US dollars to obtain the visa on arrival.

Weather in Nepal is unpredictable and varies a lot from altitude ranges. The best season to select this trip is in Autumn and Spring. Autumn (Mid- September to November) while the air is clean with high visibility. The weather is brisk but not too cold. The days are sunny (15-20 degree Celsius) but the temperature drops significantly as you trek higher day by day with the coldest temperature of (-5 Degree C) at night. The Spring (March to Mid May) is the season for flowers to bloom. The days are warmer (20-30 degrees) but night temperature could drop down to (0 to 5) as you start ascend higher. The tour could be done in winter (Dec to Feb) as well but please expect more cold nights and days with snows, the temperature could drop down to (-7 C at night) but still days are sunny with (10 to 15 degrees C).
The trip includes some steep climbing up to Namche and steep down hill on the way back to Lukla. It is recommended some physical fitness. Previous experience is not mandatory but some regular exercise would be a bonus.
To give our clients a memorable and insightful travel experience with lots of time to interact with each other or with the locals we do run the group as private or in small size groups only. You could either choose to travel private or join with others in Group. Our group size consists of minimum two to ten people unless you chose to make your own private trip with more than ten people.
A teahouse is combination of basic room and a restaurant with large dining room as social hang out place. Local villagers normally run the lodge and mostly a room is consisting of twin beds and blanket, no additional furniture but have facilities of sharing bathrooms and toilets. Teahouses serve variety of different food items from traditional Nepal to some western food and drinks.
All hotels, we provide are comfort hotel of 3 star category inclusive of delicious breakfast. It is possible to upgrade the hotel to luxury on extra cost.
Breakfasts are included while your stay in comfort hotel in Kathmandu. However meals are not included during your trek as there are lots of eating options and we would love to give you maximum flexibility to decide about your meal items.
Teahouses serve variety of different food items from traditional food to some western food. The food is usually plentiful and delicious but the menu is not normally extensive. Cereals, breads and egg dishes are generally available for breakfast and items of rice, noodles, potatoes, vegetable, pastas, and pizza are normally in the menu. You could easily buy mineral water or boiled water in teahouses. We suggest using boiled water or using purifying drops than bottled water while of trek to minimize the negative impact that is caught by plastic bottle in our environment.
Domestic flight and Private ground transportations are provided for the trip. The flights to remote sector like (Lukla) have restriction on weight of max 15 kg including hand baggage’s and the flights alway depends on weather condition with chances of being delayed or even cancelled due to bad weather. In due cases the only option to get back to Kathmandu or Lukla is by helicopter, on extra cost.
Weather in the mountains is unpredictable and can change rapidly. Travellers need to be prepared for all weather conditions. Even in the spring time when temperatures are normally warmer, a sudden change in the weather could drop down the temperature to freezing point. So always be prepared for changes that could occur.

We suggest light travelling which makes you easier to move around. We suggest you to bring one-day bag for your valuable and a waterproof rucksack or duffel bag for your clothing’s and equipment’s. We provide one porter for every two travellers unless you request your own personal porter. The maximum porter are allowed to carry is 10 kg per travellers. So it is necessary to make the trekking bag lighter as possible and left unnecessary luggage at your hotel in Kathmandu.
You should consult with your doctor about vaccination and other medical travel information before departure. We recommend you to carry your personal first aid kids together with you personal medical requirement. Please be aware that we are going to remote mountain area where medical facilities are not available so when selection your trip please assure your ability to cope with the tour and consult with your doctor if you have any health issue which could affect your trip.
While traveling to high altitude area the main problem most of the travellers could face is the high altitude sickness. Even though our itinerary are carefully planned to avoid the risk of high altitude with reasonable acclimatization days, however, it all depends up to your body whether it could adopt with low oxygen level. You could use the medicine for high altitude known as Diamox, which helps you to prevent but please consult with your doctor before using it. You should not plan to go to high altitude if you have heart disease, difficulty breathing or are pregnant.
Please make sure to get your travel insurance before travelling. Travelling insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. Our entire participants should obtain their own personal insurance, which covers medical and emergency evacuation at a minimum. You, of Couse, would also like to have insurance coverage for loss or damage of baggage, flight and trip cancellation.
Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary, but as it’s an adventure in a remote mountain region, we cannot guarantee. Weather condition, road conditions, flight cancellation, landslides, avalanches, strikes and many any other reasons could contribute to changes on the itinerary. We will try to ensure the trip runs according to plan but an easy going nature will be an asset.
