Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
On arrival in Kathmandu airport our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel and help you to check in designated hotel.  Short after you will be briefed about your travel plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing Kathmandu
Kathmandu city is reach in its historical and cultural sites. Since the time of the tourist flow in Nepal it has been a major tourist attraction. The city presents the wonderful mixture of Hindusm and Buddhism.  Today our guides will escot you to Major Hindu and Buddhist temple of Kathmandu valley which are listed as UNESCO Heritage sites.

(Visit: swyambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath temple and Kathmandu Durbar square)
Day 03:  Fly to Everest:Photograph-Everest view hotel for breakfast-back to Kathmandu and transfer to Dhulikhel
After breakfast drive to domestic airport and take amazing heli tour to Everest region. Stop over at Kalapattar (5545m), which is the perfect viewpoint for most panoramic view over Mt. Everest and its surrounding mountains. Take quick photograph and back to Everest view hotel at 13000ft for delightful breakfast overlooking Mt. Everest and fly back to Kathmandu. On arrival we take 30 km southeast drive from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel, which is one of the popular view point place near Kathmandu for overnight in peace environment.
Day 04: Sightseeing Bhaktapur and leisure time for shoping
After a good night sleep and delightful breakfast we take our tour back to Kathmandu via the ancient city of Bhatapur which is home of true medival art and architecture. Rest of the day leisure time for shoping
Day 05: Final departure
Relax or do more shopping until its time for us to drive you to airport in good time to catch your flight onward to your next destination.

Booking conditions:

  • You will receive final confirmed by email once we have received 10% deposit as non-refundable fee.
  • The remaining balance amount could be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. But if you are joining the Bhutan tour 100% payment should be reach on our bank at least one month prior to departure date. 
  • If you cancelled the trip after your arrival due to sickness or any other emergency, full amount will be charged.
  • No extra charge will be charge if you notify us to change the date 30 days prior the departure date. After that 10% extra charge will be charged for changing the date.
  • No refund will be made after departure if you decided to abandon the trip voluntarily or involuntarily or by any other reason or any kind of circumstances.
  • There are certain amounts of risk involved on the trip, which you are willing to take. It is mandatory to have your travel insurance, which cover minimum of medical and rescue evacuation to join any of our trips.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellation of trip caused by flight, strikes, government regulation, weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Hawks eye reserve the right to cancel any trip before departure. In due cases your deposited amount will be refunded with out any charges.
Visa Rules
All nationalities except Indians require a visa for Nepal, which could be, obtain from Embassies abroad or on arrival at Tribhuwan international airport in Kathmandu. To avoid the long queue you could apply on line visa form.
You need to have one passport photo and following fees in US dollars to obtain the visa on arrival.
  • USD 25 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 15 days
  • USD 40 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 30 days
  • USD 100 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 90 days
  • USD 2 per day for visa extensions.
Please note: The visa regulations and fees for visa changes frequently so its is advisable to check the current rules with your nearest Nepalese Embassy or Consulate.
Climate and Best time to go
Nepal has unpredictable weather and varies from altitude ranges. The best season to select this trip is in Autumn (Mid- September to November) and in Spring (March to Mid May). In autumn the air is clean after monsoon and spring -the time for flowers. Spring temperatures are warmer in days (25 to 30 degree Celsius) and in autumn (15-20 degree C) in days but at night the temperature could drops down to (10-15 degree C) in spring and 5 to 0 degrees in autumn. The tour could be done in winter as well (Dec-Feb). The days are pleasant with 10-20 degree C but as soon as the sun dusk the temperature falls down up to -2 to -5 at night.

Trip Grade: Easy
There is no any challenging walk, just some walking/hiking around but challenging because of the high altitude. Good health condition is highly recommended.

To give our clients a memorable and insightful travel experience with lots of time to interact with each other or with the locals we do run the group as private only. Our group size consists of minimum two to ten people unless you chose to make your own private trip with more than ten people or just for single people.

Meals
Breakfasts are included through out your journey. Lunch and Dinner are not included in the trip as there are lots of eating options and we would love to give you maximum flexibility to decide about your meal items.

Weather
Weather in Nepal is unpredictable and can change rapidly. Travellers need to be prepared for all weather conditions.

Health
You should consult with your doctor about vaccination and other medical travel information before departure. We recommend you to carry your personal first aid kids together with you personal medical requirement. Please be aware that there are places where immediate medical facilities are not available so when selection your trip please assure your ability to cope with the tour and consult with your doctor if you have any health issue which could affect your trip.
Insurance
Please make sure to get your travel insurance before travelling. Travelling insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. Our entire participants should obtain their own personal insurance, which covers medical and emergency evacuation at a minimum. You, of Couse, would also like to have insurance coverage for loss or damage of baggage, flight and trip cancellation.

Weather condition, road conditions, flight cancellation, landslides, avalanches, strikes and many any other reasons could contribute to changes on the itinerary. We will try to ensure the trip runs according to plan but an easy going nature will be an asset.
