By booking a trip with us you have agreed to these booking conditions and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any booking. A deposit is needed to secure your place for the trip. After receiving the deposit if your place is denied your deposited amount will be fully refunded.

We require non- refundable deposit of 10% to book and secure the trip for you. You booking won`t be confirm until we have receive the deposit. The remaining amount is payable upon your arrival in Kathmandu.

In order to join our trip you must provide us your necessary information details such as your full name as per your passport, nationality, passport number, date of birth, passport issue/ expiry date and your gender. As the trip dates closes by we will also require your travel insurance details which covers all your medical expenses as well as evacuation in the case of emergency.

By Travelers: If cancel the trip after your arrival due to sickness or any other emergency full amount will be charged. No refund will be made after departure if you decided to abandon the trip voluntarily or involuntarily or by any other reason. If you fail to show up due to any reason no refund will be made.

By US: We reserve the right to cancel any trip before departure if, due to circumstance beyond our control like strikes, natural disaster, political instability or other external events, it is not viable for us to operate the trip. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may have incurred as a result of your booking such as travel insurance, non-refundable flight tickets, vaccination etc. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external event outside our control, refund will be less any unrecoverable cost.

We reserve the right to impose any surcharges beyond our control such as increase in airfare, taxes or changes on any government action should require us to do so. Date changes could be made with no extra charge if you notify us 30 days in advance, after that 10% of total amount will be charged.

You must carry the passport valid for at least six month beyond the duration of your stay. It is your own responsibility to ensure about visa, current rules and visa fees.

To join any of our trips it is mandatory to have your travel insurance. You will not be able to join any of our trips with out it. Your travel insurance must cover against medical expenses, personal accident, death and emergency evacuation. We also recommend you also to have insurance which covers of lost of personal effects, trip and flight cancellation.

You acknowledge that the nature of the trip is adventurous and participation involves a certain elements of personal risk. You are aware that the danger and physical challenges are greater than those present in our daily lives. We are not responsible for any loss, death, injury or any damage you may suffer directly or indirectly during your trip. You are aware of the risk involve in the program and willing to take your own personal risk and responsibility for anything that might occur during your trip.

All domestic flights depend on weather condition. A sudden change on weather could cancel the schedule flight for a day or days. In due case we will try to get you on next day possible flight or option of charter helicopter on extra cost which can varies from USD 500 or even more depending on group size. Any extra cost occur due to the cancellation of flight e.g extra night, food, flight or even trip cancellation or so on should be bear by clients.
