Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
On arrival in Kathmandu airport our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel and help you to check in designated hotel. Short after, you will be briefed about your travel plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Swyambhunath, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar Square
Kathmandu city is rich in its historical and cultural sites. Since the time of the tourist flow in Nepal it has been a major tourist attraction. The city presents the wonderful mixture of Hindusm and Buddhism. Today our guides will escort you to Major Hindu and Buddhist temple of Kathmandu valley which are also listed as UNESCO heritage sites.
Day 03: Fly to Pokhara, sightseeing and leisure time for boating
We take thirty minutes flight to reach beautiful city of Pokhara. The northern skyline of the city offers a very close view of the Himalayas. Its pristine air, spectacular backdrop of snowy peaks, serene lakes and surrounding greenery make it ‘the jewel in the Himalaya’, a place of remarkable natural beauty. The flight itself gives us the mesmerizing view over the Himalayas. Upon arrival at pokhara airport our representative will escort you to your hotel and help you to check in. After some rest, its time to explore world peace pagoda and have free time for boating in the fewa lake and explore the surrounding.
Day 04: Sunrise- Mountains and more
It is early morning walk up call before dawn to drive to the remarkable view point of place of Sarangkot situated at 1600 meter overlooking the Pokhara valley, with three of the highest mountains in the world- Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu dominating the skyline to the north. Watching the Himalayas from Sarankot has surreal experience. The golden rays of the sun painting the majestic mountains are incomparable. After enjoying the breakfast overlooking the mountains we drive back, take a rest and afternoon visit David fall, Gupteshowar cave and Tibetan refugee camp.

Evening you could just walk around the main street of beautiful lakeside.
Day 05: Overland to Bandipur
After breakfast we drive to Bandipur, which is situated on a mountain saddle at the height of 1030 meter just 80 km away from Pokhara. The old ethnic Newari town has preserved its typical newari architecture and is gifted with an exceptional view of the Himalayan panorama. The main street is covered with balcony and most of the building still has little shops in them.
Day 06: Drive to Chitwan national park
After breakfast we will drive for about 4 hour to the finest national parks in Asia, which covers an area of 932 square kilometers and is renowned for its variety and amount of wildlife. Check in to your hotel and after short rest, visit to Tharu village and Sunset views from the riverbank.
Day 07: Explore national park
After Breakfast, we start with Dugout canoe trip followed by a Nature Walk Program or a visit to the Elephant Breeding Farm. Enjoy an oxcart ride or a jeep drive back to the resort. After lunch explore the jungle on Elephant back safari to encounter with wild animals and evening enjoy with native tharu cultural program.
Day 08: Overland Kathmandu
It's an early wake up call today, to go for bird watching and after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu through beautiful landscape of riverside, fields, cliff and small local town. Upon arrival we drive you to hotel and relax.
Day 09: Everest flight and ancient town of Bhaktapur
Early morning before breakfast we drive to airport to take spectacular one-hour flight along the Himalayan Range to Mount Everest and Back.

After breakfast and some rest we take a drive to traditional old city of Bhaktapur which is the home of true medieval art and architecture, leisure time for shopping afterward.
 
Day 10: Final Departure
Relax or do more shopping until its time for us to drive you to airport in good time to catch your flight onward to your next destination.

Booking conditions:

  • You will receive final confirmed by email once we have received 10% deposit as non-refundable fee.
  • The remaining balance amount could be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. But if you are joining the Bhutan tour 100% payment should be reach on our bank at least one month prior to departure date. 
  • If you cancelled the trip after your arrival due to sickness or any other emergency, full amount will be charged.
  • No extra charge will be charge if you notify us to change the date 30 days prior the departure date. After that 10% extra charge will be charged for changing the date.
  • No refund will be made after departure if you decided to abandon the trip voluntarily or involuntarily or by any other reason or any kind of circumstances.
  • There are certain amounts of risk involved on the trip, which you are willing to take. It is mandatory to have your travel insurance, which cover minimum of medical and rescue evacuation to join any of our trips.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellation of trip caused by flight, strikes, government regulation, weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Hawks eye reserve the right to cancel any trip before departure. In due cases your deposited amount will be refunded with out any charges.
Visa Rules
All nationalities except Indians require a visa for Nepal, which could be, obtain from Embassies abroad or on arrival at Tribhuwan international airport in Kathmandu. To avoid the long queue you could apply on line visa form.
You need to have one passport photo and following fees in US dollars to obtain the visa on arrival.
  • USD 25 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 15 days
  • USD 40 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 30 days
  • USD 100 for Tourist visa with Multiple Entries for 90 days
  • USD 2 per day for visa extensions.
Please note: The visa regulations and fees for visa changes frequently so its is advisable to check the current rules with your nearest Nepalese Embassy or Consulate.
Climate and Best time to go
Nepal has unpredictable weather and varies from altitude ranges. The best season to select this trip is in Autumn and Spring. Autumn (Mid- September to November) while the air is clean with high visibility. The weather is brisk but not too cold. The days are sunny (15 to 25 degree Celsius) but the temperature drops significantly as (2 to 5 degrees) at night. The Spring (March to Mid May) is the season for flowers to bloom. The days are warmer (20-35 degrees) but night temperature could drop down to (15 degrees). The tour could be done in winter (Dec to Feb) as well but please expect more cold nights and days, the temperature could drop down to (-3 at night) but still days are sunny with (15 to 20 degrees C).

Trip Grade: Easy
There is no any challenging walk, just some walking/hiking around and suitable for any normal health condition with ability to walk around and climb some steps.

To give our clients a memorable and insightful travel experience with lots of time to interact with each other or with the locals we do run the group as private or in small size groups only. You could either choose to travel private or join with others in Group. Our group size consists of minimum two to ten people unless you chose to make your own private trip with more than ten people.

Comfort hotels are provided through out the trip.
Meals
Breakfasts are included through out your journey. Lunch and Dinner are not included in the trip (except in chitwan national park) as there are lots of eating options and we would love to give you maximum flexibility to decide about your meal items.
Transportation
Domestic flight and  ground transportations are provided for the trip. Optional: If you do not prefer flying then you could drive instead.
Weather
Weather in Nepal is unpredictable and can change rapidly. Travellers need to be prepared for all weather conditions.

Health
You should consult with your doctor about vaccination and other medical travel information before departure. We recommend you to carry your personal first aid kids together with you personal medical requirement. Please be aware that there are places where immediate medical facilities are not available so when selection your trip please assure your ability to cope with the tour and consult with your doctor if you have any health issue which could affect your trip.
Insurance
Please make sure to get your travel insurance before travelling. Travelling insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. Our entire participants should obtain their own personal insurance, which covers medical and emergency evacuation at a minimum. You, of Couse, would also like to have insurance coverage for loss or damage of baggage, flight and trip cancellation.
Trip Note
Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary, but as it’s an adventure in a remote mountain region, we cannot guarantee. Weather condition, road conditions, flight cancellation, landslides, avalanches, strikes and many any other reasons could contribute to changes on the itinerary. We will try to ensure the trip runs according to plan but an easy going nature will be an asset.
